How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in Canada if your order is above $80; and to the US if above $149. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout for orders under $80 in Canada and $149 to the US.
Here's what you can expect to pay for shipping, based on your location and item ordered. Please note that these prices are estimated and we cannot refund shipping costs.
Shipping within Toronto: Approx. $10-$12
Shipping within Canada: Approx. $15-$19
Shipping to the US: Approx. $20
How long does my order take to be packed and shipped?
We are currently processing orders in 1-3 business days. Custom and wholesale orders take longer to make and ship. Please refer to your tracking email for additional information.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your geographical location. Please refer to your tracking email and allow 3-8 business days for delivery within Canada and up to 2 weeks or more to the rest of the world. Duties and/or taxes are not included in our prices and you may owe a balance upon delivery.

What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds or exchanges.
Additional non-refundable items:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to internal error.
Please triple check that your address is correct before placing your order. Things like not including an apartment number, adding the wrong street number or postal code can result in your order getting shipped back to us. If the wrong shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for additional shipping fees to have your order re-shipped to you. We will only reship once the original package is returned to us.
We do our best to pack your orders carefully but once it leaves our studio, it's in the hands of the shipping company. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. If possible, include photos of the damaged order. We will get back to you within 48 business hours with next steps.
