RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns/exchanges. However, if you would like to try all of our scents prior to making a purchase, consider our mini candle sets

Shipping charges are also non-refundable unless due to internal error.

DAMAGED ORDERS

We do our best to pack your orders carefully but once it leaves our studio, it's in the hands of the shipping company. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP via email at hello@seventhandoak.com with your order number in the subject line. If possible, include photos of the damaged order. We will get back to you within 48 business hours with next steps.
