Our Favourite Essential Oil Diffuser Blends

 

We love our candles over here but sometimes (and for safety reasons), we can't keep them burning for too long at a time. Enter essential oils. Essential oils are typically made from natural resources like leaves and barks, and do not contain any man made materials or harsh chemicals in them.

They are also a little more expensive because of the process involved in extracting them from their natural sources.

Essential oils not only make your space smell fantastic, most of them help support your moods, hormones and all round wellness.

Here are some of my favourite blends and what I use them for. Note that I'm in no way giving you medical advice. Just sharing how I incorporate essential oils in my daily life. Please consult a medical professional before proceeding.

For a good nights sleep

  • Eucalyptus | 2 drops
  • Frankincense | 2 drops
  • Orange | 2 drops
  • Cedarwood | 2 drops

For focus

  • Black spruce | 2 drops 
  • Lime | 1 drop 
  • Grapefruit | 2 drops
  • Bergamot | 1 drop

For colds

  • Clove | 3 drops 
  • Lemon | 2 drops 
  • Eucalyptus | 2 drops 
  • Rosemary | 1 drop 
  • Cinnamon | 2 drops

For anxiety

  • Camomile | 2 drops 
  • Lavender | 3 drops 
  • Rosewater | 2 drops 

For cozy evenings

  • Bergamot | 2 drops 
  • Cinnamon | 2 drops 
  • Frankincense | 3 drops
